Gorgeous food as always the only problem was I ordered online for time of opening and after an hour and half called for them to admit they had not seen my order. Took 2hr20minutes for my food to be delivered

Excellent food as always but let down a little with delivery time. Was over 30 minutes late but did arrive piping hot. Not put off at all, more to let others know about any potential hold up.

Food here is always absolutely perfect. Such great value for money, catering for everyone, with different offers and box meals. Customer service on point, our food was a bit late tonight, not usual, and I received a genuine apology and some freebies for ???? Great local food, can't fault it.

Pushing 30 minutes past estimated delivery time but can’t complain really. Food still arrived hot and went down well. Only 2nd time I’ve been but I’ll most definitely be back.

Unfortunately the food was not as good as usual, the delivery should have been 45minutes but it took over two hours. When I called to see where it was they said 15 minutes but it was almost 45 minutes after that. They also forgot an item from our order. They did apologise but maybe they should stop taking orders if they are too busy.
